Dosage and instructions for use

Pour one level scoop (20g) into a 1-liter bottle or shaker and mix well. Drink approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the prepared beverage before your workout, and sip the rest gradually during training. The recommended daily dose is once per day – 20g (1 scoop). In case of increased training intensity, the dose may be doubled (take the second dose in the evening). The package contains 30 servings.
